Thanks for supporting New Zealand Bead Designers. Here are our payment and shipping policies.

Payment 

We currently offer payment with bank deposit and paypal. If you are going to make an internet or phone deposit the account details are available once you choose this option. I will send goods as soon as the funds show in the account. 

Shipping 

We ship all items direct from the designers studio within 48 hours using NZ Post Track and Trace. I have had a very good record with NZ Post with nothing lost yet. Unfortunately NZ Post do not insure any jewellery items. We package very well to insure your time gets to you in top knotch condition. If an item arrives munched please contact me straight away and we will take responsibility for repairing or replacing. I need to hear from you within 48 hours please.

Breakages

If your item suffers a breakage, such as the thread disintegrating, we are happy to repair. There will be no charge if it is obvious the fault is at our end but if you are tussling with your boyfriend and beads scatter from one end of the room to the other, we may have to charge a small fee for your fun:-). Please note that bead threads are pretty strong but if you wear the jewellery in the shower or swimming, the thread will rot over time. It items get wet, insure you lay then in the sun or a warm place to dry out.
